Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels of fitness, from beginners to experienced athletes. Each workout is coached and easily scalable, ensuring every member can train safely, effectively, and with confidence—no matter where they’re starting.

HArdBody

TAUGHT BY Lucas Hardy

TUESDAY: 4:45PM, 5:45PM

THURSDAY: 4:45PM, 5:45PM

SATURDAY: 8:00AM

A blend of strength and metabolic conditioning. First block of the workout allows clients to the learn and develop proper technique in the “Big 3” movements (squat, bench, deadlift). For the second block clients get challenged with various circuits, supersets, giant sets and set/rep protocols to deliver a workout that will get you results! A comprehensive warm-up allows clients to properly warm-up and “prime” their bodies while the post workout cool-down allows clients to down regulate - allowing them to leave feeling amazing.

Joy is a certified strength and sports nutrition coach specializing in performance-driven training for women ready to build strength, resilience, and confidence. Her programs combine intelligent strength training, metabolic conditioning, and HYROX style race preparation, designed to improve endurance, power and mental toughness.

This high-energy bootcamp class is a full-body training experience designed to build strength, endurance, mobility, and confidence. Each session combines functional strength exercises, athletic conditioning, core work, and dynamic movements that translate to real-life performance. Workouts are challenging yet scalable, making the class accessible for all fitness levels—from beginners to experienced athletes. Expect to sweat, be pushed both physically and mentally, and leave feeling stronger, more energized, and empowered after every class.
